Our Comprehensive Cleaning Process
- Thoroughly dust and clean all surfaces from top to bottom, including metal netting, plastics, padding.
- Deep clean the interior surfaces of plastic components using a professional-grade degreaser to remove grime, buildup, and embedded dirt.
- Disassemble plastic components for deep cleaning, including high pressure power washing.
- Restore and rejuvenate plastic components using a controlled torch-refurbishing process to enhance their appearance and restore a like-new finish.
- Clean all playground windows, thoroughly on both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize all wooden panels and activity puzzles.
- Remove shoe benches from the play area and thoroughly clean, scrub, and sanitize before returning them to service.
- Deep clean vinyl walls and cove bases to remove dirt, scuff marks, grime, and buildup.
- Apply a professional-grade disinfectant and antimicrobial treatment throughout the interior and exterior playground areas for protection for up to 90 days.
- Deep clean playground flooring using a rubber-safe commercial floor scrubber to remove dirt, stains, and buildup.
- Apply a glossy protective floor sealant twice annually to help protect the surface, enhance appearance, and extend the life of the flooring.
- Apply a safe protective polish to exterior, non-touch plastic surfaces to help repel dust and maintain a clean, glossy appearance.
- Install and maintain an appropriate air-freshening system to help keep the playground environment fresh and pleasant.
- Conduct a detailed visual inspection of all playground equipment and components for signs of damage, wear, deterioration, or safety concerns.
- Document and report any damaged or worn components and address minor maintenance issues when appropriate and within the scope of service.
